About Me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist ​located in Bellingham, Washington. I graduated from ​Antioch University Seattle in 2008 with a degree in ​Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. When I am ​not at work, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, ​mountain biking, playing disc golf, and hiking with my ​family and dogs. You may also find me in the art therapy ​studio, where I enjoy creating my own art and am the ​Executive Director of ArtNW.org.

Our sessions will endeavor to meet your unique needs, free from ​assumptions or judgment. I provide a safe, nurturing environment that ​prioritizes self-discovery, empathy, and inclusivity.

We might incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-​based therapies like DBT, or, if interested, I can provide creative art therapy ​to help with insights into your issues. I have worked with clients of all ages ​and from diverse backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, ​trauma, stress, depression, PTSD, loss, relationship issues, and life-stage ​changes.

Sessions are client-centered, using a collaborative approach to increase ​your self-awareness and well-being, focusing on building resilience and ​empowerment to help navigate life’s challenges.
